When I transfer files kdd is using all of my wifi bandwidth receiving rather than sending, what gives?

File transfer is unbelievably slow, and so is file deletion. When I check my network, the kdd app is consuming all of my bandwidth receiving data instead of sending data. I’m very disappointed with this devices performance and just about ready to take it back. How can I turn off the kdd app?

How are you determining that KDD app is consuming your bandwidth?
Are you using Desktop Sync?

Please tell me how to securely erase this thing so I can take it back to where I purchased it.
