What user/password to use when mapping?

I am trying to setup a mapped shortcut to mybooklive/public for use with some backup software I use, but i keep getting asked for a uername and password

I have tried the following

mybooklive admin user/pass

windows 8 login user/pass & administrator login

Router admin user/pass

Anyone have any ideas what user/pass I should be using? I just cant think what else it might be.

Use one of the user’s you created in the Dashboard with the corresponding password.

If that doesn’t work, then try just leaving it blank, and hitting OK a few times. Or if that doesnt work, then just hit Cancel a few times.  This happened to me

Would mapping a drive and backing up to that help? I.e.

net use z: /delete

net use z: \mybooklive\public
