This version is loaded and working on one of my Windows 10 machines. When I download the current linked version from WD, it is Version 2,4,10. Why can’t I find the latest (higher numbered) version?
If you have this version on one of your Windows 10 computers then why not drag and drop it on the other computer or copy and paste. First I would delete the one you do not want before doing this. See image below. I have this on both of my computers, Windows 10 with all updates.

I did copy the Quick View folder and contents to another computer on the same network as you suggested. It does not work. I only get the about and exit options. In the about screen popup, the version number and WD Drive Service fields are blank.
Something else to try is, go to the Control Panel and click on Uninstall a Program, scroll down to WD Quick View, select it, then at the top click on Repair. After that check to see if it is working correctly.
