WD Quick View Install

Hello! Running Windows 10, and when upgraded from Windows 7, Quick View was not operating correctly. I had uninstalled it (at least I thought the software did), and attempted to reinstall. I receive the attached error, and I am not sure how to get around it. When I try to install, the installer says I am upgrading an older version. At this point I would think the program needs to be manually uninstalled (something was left behind).

Any thoughts?

Hi there,

Have you tried doing a right click on the installed and then running it as administrator, hope this helps.

I have…no luck. It’s ok.

Is Quick View still showing?

Have you used Cortana for a search of Quick View to see if any part of it is still on your computer?
