WebDav not connecting

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Mirror

I have a My Cloud Mirror, enable webdav on settings and folder.
Made the forwarding ports on the router settings.
Tried to conecto to mycloud on widnows 10, ciberduck and none works. Both port 8080 or 4443.

Why?
When is this going to be fixed?
