I setup the My Book Live so that there are 3 Private shares. I setup passwords for each. When I remotely connect via WD2go I am only presented with the Public shares and none of the Private ones. Any ideas? I am using Windows 7 OS. Thanks.
Did you configure the users access, too? First of all you need to set up the shares and after the users privileges to them. I remember that in the last step of creating new user you have the possibility to access or not the previous data stored. Did you tried access the MBL from windows explorer/Network? It asks there for a username and pass, too. Verify if that works and after these two test you will be identify the problem.
