We have a serious problem with EX4

In December 2014 we bought diskless WD MyCloud EX4 sn [[Deleted - Trancer]] fw 1.05.23 and 4 disks WD60EFRX. We created RAID5 and moved our precious data there. It worked great the whole month. Today the device sent me an e-mail, that two disks failed. S.M.A.R.T. in GUI showed, that disks are ok. I rebooted device and RAID5 disappeared. So we lost all our data. Is there any way to fix the RAID5?

Hi chicodemoscu, welcome to the WD Community. Sorry to hear you had problems. If you don’t need to recover your files you can try to rebuilt the RAID. If you do need to recover your files I recommend you to contact support directly.
