WDSYnc and CAPITAN

I try to configurate WDSync aind I ave a message error :"Impossible to verify the micrologiciel "
I am on MAC OSX El capitan v10.11.6. - version WD SYnc V2.0.1.62
I can access to mycloud with no problem
I rebooted and it’s always the same

In my other computer, i can do it (so the network is good) with the same version of WD SYNC but my OS is catalina V10.15.5
