WD Sync could not verify the firmware version

Hi,

I have MyCloudMirror installed in my home Network. I’m trying to access it from my office using WD Sync on Mac OS Sierra 10.12. It was working and syncing perfectly. From last week i face this issue. Tried to reinstall but nothing solved and can’t find any possible solution.

I’m connecting to my mycloud.com account with WD Sync. It finds my Cloud drive but then gives me the following error.

WD Sync could not verify the firmware version of your storage device. Please check your network connection and try again.

Any possible help will be appreciated.

Hi there,

Retry to upload the latest firmware on your Cloud manually.

And then start WD Sync again.

Reinstalled manually, but still the same. Anyone knows any other solution?
