My WD extl Hard Drive is no longer visible on my network? . looking at the posts on the WD Site, all help has been withdrawn. I’m nearly 70 and not PC Savvy, I don’t do Facebook etc. My local PC Repair Chap is on Holiday for 3 weeks, So I’m stuffed. Can anyone confirm my data can be retrieved by my expert. Seems Criminal that you buy a device to store a lot of data, that mirrors it to a second drive for safety’s sake, and then it is shut down?
