EX2 Ultra not working

For approx the last week I have been unable to access my EX2 Ultra. I have tried resetting it several times but am getting nowhere. If I click onto the mapped drive on windows all it does it SLOWLY load the green bar at the top and just stay there. If I try to access via my phone I can get into certain folders but not others. I wouldn’t have any idea what firmware etc I’m running unfortunately. I also can’t seem to get into my web page for the device…
