Wdmycloud & subtitles problem

I have connected a 2TB WDMycloud in my home network, including the wd media player, and i have problem with the subtitles.For example, When i play a movie there aren’t any subtitles at all.I have in the same file the .srt
What is wrong? Any help?

Use network shares instead of DLNA, or re-mux your file to include the SRT file inside it.
