WD2go download fails

Hi

I’ve got a problem with downloading a video on my iPhone 4s.

Small size files work but if it’s video of about 1GB, downloading fails.

Please could you help.

Have you tried multiple files?

AFAIK you are able to get files up to 2 GB

It happens even with one file as well.
