When I try to watch videos on my iPhone 4S using the WD2GO app, I always see the message: “Error, unable to play this media file”.
I’m sure the file is compatable with the WD2GO app, *.MP4
Does anyone have a solution?
Does your phone support Mp4? And before you say that is a IOS device, bear in mind that even if the file is a Mp4 it might not be compatible ( I have few issues with some MP4 and my iPad).
The Wd2go will only stream the media, the device must be able to play the file.
So if we want to play movies on our iPhone, iPod, or Ipad they have to be in the M4R format? They can’t be in AVI?
