WD2Go cannot open mp3 files on ASUS Transformer Tablet

Hi,

I have a WD MyBook Live 2TB edition, upgraded to the latests firmware.

I installed WD2Go Pro on my ASUS Transformer Tablet, and everthing looks fine except that when I try to access an mp3 file, I get an empty screen and nothing else happens.

I can succesfully open pdf and picture files for example, the problem is with .mp3 files. Any ideas how to solve this?

Can you play mp3 files on that tablet or do you have problems as well?

Do you get an error message when opening mp3 files? 

Have you tried using different mp3 files or just one?

Yes I can play mp3 files without issues in this tablet, and I tried with several mp3 files.

I solved my problem installing the WD2GO PRO version; with this one I can play mp3 files (I Couldn’t with the free version)
