I have had very limited sucess using WD 2 go on my ASUS Transformer tablet. I can open some office documents using the software, but I can’t play music or videos on the tablet at all which reduces the functionality of My DriveLiveto about a third. I was better off using portable external drives for my content. I am returning the drive and will try one of the other manufacturer’s products.
It would help if you say what problems are you having, might be something easy that you are overlooking.
