WD2go app - "Unable to access device. (0)"

Hi all,

Recently I started using 2TB My Book Live. I easily set up remote access via web on PC but have a problem of accessing MBL via WD2go app installed on my Andorid phone (HTC Legend, Android version 2.2).

I enter activation code, choose my MTB, and the app returns “Unable to access device. (0)” error. I reinstalled the app several times but to no avail.

Does anyone have a clue where the problem is? My android device, android version?

Any piece of advice is appreciated!

Hello, check if you have the latest firmware update for the My Book Live.  You can also try installing the app on another phone/tablet to see if the same problem happens.
