I use a my book live on an wireless home network. I also have a microsoft surface pro running windows 8. I want to be able to acess the devise remotely over the internet. I have downloaded the WD app from the microsoft store. When I open the app it says that no supported device is found though the device is connected wirelesly over the wireless network. When I look for help it keeps taking me to a page that says the device needs to be direct conneccted. I can’t figure out how to connect the my book live directly to the surace?
Can any one help me figure out how to set up my surface so that I can access remotely?
