After switching on my Windows10 PC it starts to boot, but it does not continue.
After removing the HDD WD20EZRX Green (it is not the startup disk) then the PC boots normally and Windows is ready to use.
I mounted the WD20EZRX Green in a 3.5″ hard disk enclosure with SATA to USB connected to the PC.
Then I executed Western Digital Kitfox. Without the WD20EZRX connected, the other HDDs WD30EZRX, WD40EZAZ and SSD in the pc are found by Kitfox.
When the WD20EZRX in the enclosure is connected to the pc then Kitfox does find some info after a couple of minutes (attached the results).
Does it help, is it meaningful to exchange the PCB 2060-771824-003 rev P1 for another by the same type? If yes, do I also exchange the 8-pin BIOS?
Or is the failure of such a nature that it is pointless to continue with this disc?
