I have a media player wdbhg70000nbk-02 with serial [Deleted] can someone help me I have a Western Digital desktop external drive 3 TB and my media player will not recognize the drive. I am reading confused at so many say yes or no.

I have the latest firmware, the model and serial number are above.

4TB my book and 5TB elements working with my WD media player they were connected front and back usb port. But media player is not detecting my new My Book 8TB.
