Just bought WD TV live Hub yesterday. Everything works great except for Netflix wont stream. I log in and select movie and hit play and all I get is a scrambled screen. All connections are good and I can use my PS3 for netflix on the same TV and even switch out HDMI cables for the same and all is good. Reset unit deactivated device on Netflix and still scrambled screen. Im usually pretty good with trouble shooting but this has me stumped. Any advice would be grateful!

Sounds like your TV isn’t supporting the Hub’s HDCP content protection.
Do you think there is a WD firm fix. Or should I also try to update firm on my TV. The PS3 doesn’t seem to have any probs with Netflix on same TV.
Are you using firmware 2.02.19 on the hub? And yes, if there’s updated firmware for your TV, you should investigate that.
I will be honest,i dont know what firmware is on the WD but i will update if so. Thank you for your time and comments.
