WD TV Live Hub Problems

Cant seem to figure out what happened or why it happened, but all of my photos, movies, and tv shows were all erased from my live hub. It is the older version that has a 1 TB inside. Not sure if the hard drive crashed or what happened, so I am looking for any and all help. After I lost all of my files, I did a factory reset. Now I cant connect it from my Macbook computer. every time I try to connect to it, (I have my ethernet cable plugged in), it says it cant be opened because the original item cant be found. Also when I try to connect to the server of my WD TV live hub it says connection failed and when I press “Connect As…” it brings up a pop up box saying Connect As: Guess or Registered User. I have tried multiple name and password combonations but still cant log in. I do not remember setting up a name and password to be able to gain access to my live hub anways. And even when I try to log in as a guest, it still reads connection failed. So I have exhausted my options, so if anyone is able and willing to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
