WD TV Live does not support Mybook 3TB

1.Will not play any media, freezes WD TV unit.

2.Have updated fimware to latest version on WD TV but to no avail.

3.Connected my 2TB cordless hard drive to WD TV and it worked straight away.

4.The media is exactly the same as whats on my 3TB, so there is no reason for it not to work? 

What should I do?

Have you tried both USB ports on the player.

Tried USB on back, worked, stopped movie to see if another movie would work, screen frozen. Noticed the movement between  files was extremely slow, like it cant keep up? Why would it work then stop?

Please use the FRONT USB port on the SMP and report your results.

no luck on either front or back usb slot.
