Hi,
Evertything was working perfectly
I was able to use everything normally, Nothing special was done with my disk. From one day to another my TV live is not finding the disk
I conect it to the computer and its working perfectly
I reset the tv live, shut it down several times still not working
please Help :S
MY BOOK Essetial 2TB is connected to the USB port 2 (I conected to the 1 to check didnt work)
If someone could help me I will really appreciate it, let me know if there is any other information I should add
