Why would my player say " Unable to play the selected file, refer to the manual to change to a supported format " when I never changed anything and they all played before? I can’t find any info on this problem. If I copy my movies to another hard drive and put them back on again would that mess anything up or fix the problem? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Usually, just rebooting the unit (by removing power for a few minutes) can correct this issue. Give it a try.
