Hi I am trying to use WD Sync to backup my Mac Documents folder. The installation seemed to go fine and could see it syncing but when I navigate through the documents folder on the NAS it is only the folders within Documents that are visible and not the files contained within them. Can anyone help please
Is WD Sync informing the process was completed? If not, bear in mind folder structures will be created before files are added.

Hi thanks for your reply. I have not received a message saying it is complete but it has been several days now and I still don’t see any files there
