WD software not working on Windows 10 after erasing drive and reinstalling saved software

I need some help here. I moved all the software for my WD external 2 tb drive to my internal storage and erased the WD external My Passport Ultra. I reinstalled the software and now it will not open to access settings to set up a backup plan. I have uninstalled the software from windows and reinstalled, still no luck. Anyone have a suggestion?
