Running smartware version 2.4.10 tryed to update to version 2.4.10.17 went throught the instalation process sucessful but still shows that i’ runing older version,there is any one with the same issues?

What happens if you install WD SmartWare 2.4.10.17 directly instead of updating from the previous version?
Already tryed that doesnt work.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
