WD Smartware only backs up c: drive

Hi

I have USB My Book Essential 2TB and am running WD Smartware 1.5.1.6

On the Home Tab only the C: drive is shown on the drop down selection tab.

In the Backup by files option all my drives show and I can enable/disable folders/files with the checkbox but none of them actually get backed up.

Am I missing something obvious here?

Therein lies the problem it doesn’t backup anything selected in files and folders only stuff from the C: drive
