Hi admin, I want to ask for assistance regarding my WD Sentinel DX4000.
The device is taking long time to show it’s ip address. first it is initializing …%… then backup failed then software update is complete. It took two hours for 10% initializing.

It has 4 hard drive. All drives are good since its showing blue led. What could be the problem and solution for this one?

It may be working on a windows update
how is it doing now?

Thank you for your reply. Now it’s working fine I think it’s just like a check disk since I didn’t shutdown it properly.
