Are you saying you compared the md5 hash file? Where did you get it to compare with?
both fila and hash came from https://web.archive.org/web/20150106111753/http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=1601&sid=162&lang=en, but the hash file and download dont match on the 1-7-5-15 download, which is why I am using the later one
I would try the WD links above. Go ahead and get the PANAM as we have a hash for it. I think the only diff is language packs

What did you do diff to get where you are. What does the recreate log file look like?
I think it should go to recovery stared sooner. The whole process should take under 5 hours.

Also I used slot 3 and 4 with alternating models of the drives
