WD Scorpio Blue not working

I have a Dell Vostro 1015 laptop with WD Scorpio blue 320GB HDD inside, i tried to wipe the HDD, and in the middle of the operation due to power failure the PC shut down, and the HDD became unusable, i went and bought a new HDD for the Laptop just to get it runing, but i had my old WD left so i bought a HDD enclosure in order to turn the old WD into a useful external Drive but unfortunately, the HDD reported 400+ bad sectors on the device and i almost tried every app out there to fix it but no use, i had some hope with HDD Regenerator but it takes AGES to complete and i do mean AGES!!

Anyways any kind of help is appreciated guys and thanks in advance.

SaadS,

I would recommend a full test using Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics for Windows, if the number of non-recoverable sectors is very high then perhaps the best option would be to replace unit if under warranty.
