WD RED WD20EFRX is not recognized by the PC

Hi,
My WD RED (2T) ‘WD20EFRX’ is not recognized by my PC (not in the BIOS not in Windows 10 disk manager). It is spinning at the start of the PC and when it shuts down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

How is it connected? USB, SATA???

It is connected via a SATA connection.

Only thing I can think to try is making sure the cables are tight on both ends, make sure the SATA port is active in BIOS (some are turned off by default) and maybe hook it up to a USB adapter and see if it shows up that way.
