I just installed the hard drive into my secondary drive bay and it isnt recognized by my computer, what should i do?
Hi Brayden. Does the drive show up in the BIOS? On some systems the secondard bay/SATA port is disabled and needs to be turned on in the BIOS. If the port is already enabled and the drive shows in the BIOS, does the drive show up in Disk Management in Windows? If so, you may need to partition and format the drive before it show up in My Computer.
