Wd20earx doesn't detect

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to recover data from a old wd20earx 2tb hard drive.
I connected it to a SATA to USB converter, but the drive doesn’t detect in the bios.
I linked below the sound the hard drive makes when starting up, which might indicate what the problem is.
