One of two hard drives aren't recognised by my laptop (but is recognised by my TV)

Hi,

I have two hard drives.
The one that isn’t working is the red Ultra one, (they’re both 2TB).
It was working fine on the weekend, however my laptop isn’t recognising it, but by TV does and it operates fine.
I’ve tried changing the cable and using a different port, however it doesn’t work.

From what I can tell, it’s an issue with my computer settings rather than the actual hard drive itself (as it works perfectly on my TV).

Can anyone suggest anything? If it helps, I’m using Windows 10.

Have you tried the drive on a different computer? Does it shows up under Disk Management? Try the troubleshooting steps provided on the link below.
