Hi, Thanks for contacting me back.
Well, last two days i used it as usual in the evening. I finished my job
and i unplug it. But when i want to use it again my labtop doesn’t
recognized it. I tried to restart my laptop but it still can’t recon. So i
decided to contact WD help center for help! All my files are still there!
What am i gonna do? I just bought it less than 2 weeks.
