My WD TV Live media player was working fine with my WD hard drives until Sunday. While watching a movie “mode not connected” appeared on the screen and the media player screen kept flashing off and on. I seem to have fixed that issue by changing the HDMI cable. However now the media player will not recognise any of my WD hard drives or USB sticks for that matter. Nothing appears on the screen, no compiling message. I then changed the HDMI cable back, still no luck. The WD portable hard drives work on the computer but not when plugged into the WD media player. I’ve since had the media player replaced but still no luck. Can anyone help please?
