WD Play stops working

I have had many problems with two of my WD Plays. It will be working just fine (I use it only for Netflix, sometimes YouTube) but then it stops working, the time changes to the wrong time, and even if I can get it to connect to the internet (which takes many times full of restarting, resetting, unplugging, giving up, switching to a different WD play, repeat until it works.)

It has never been able to find my area (Which is weird, I live in Wisconsin) but it has worked. Even if it doesn’t get the right time. This morning (around 9:40) it said it was 6:14 pm?) I don’t know what to do anymore. I leave it alone for a few days, and then come back and it suddenly works?

What can I do? I have asked other places and no one has helped.
