Netflix not working

Hi there,

I own a WD TV play (firmware around 1.05) here in Ireland. I’ve been using it to watch Netflix mostly. Netflix was working perfectly up until 2 days ago but now it has stopped working displaying the error message “Cannot connect to Netflix, please try again (or something along those lines)” when I enter the app.

I’m not sure if it’s an issue with Netflix or with the device but I have reset the device several times back to factory default. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
