Problems connecting to netflix

I have problems connecting to netflix. 9 out of 10 times I get “unable to connect to netflix”. The WD Play is the only device I’m having this problem with and only this app in the player. Everything else works fine. I have tried resetting the player with no luck. I constantly have to restart the app till in the end it gets through. When it does however it is stable.

Any solutions???

Same here. Somehow I think it’s not the WD Play that’s causing the issue, but Netflix itself. They’ve had A LOT of problems with connectivity lately, and I confronted the customer service about this issue. They told me that since it’s a fairly new device, they are still polishing everything.
