Wd Play issues

Hello, I’ve recently started using my WD Play. I have problems getting it going on my TV - I have to switch on and off the Tv, run through external devices, turning the device on and off, and so on, before the loading screen appears and I can ge t to the initial menu. The Tv seems to receive a signal but no image is shown (only a brief, semi-blank screenshot of the home page when I switch the device off). The device is connected through HDMI.

Hello, have you tried using another HDMI cable or connecting the WD Play to another TV? You can also try pressing the reset button on the bottom side of the WD Play.
