WD Photo app on Ipad not showing public photos

Hi,

This might be a really obvious one but I can not get the WD Photo app on the Ipad to recognise the photos in the public folder. The ones for the registered user are there to see just not the public ones.

I also have the mycloud app on the ipad and that shows the photos are there and in the public folder they are just a pain to see through it.

Can anyone help please?

Also is there a particular reason it stores 2 copies of each photo within jpeg folder on the mycloud? All I have done it drop and drag photos from laptop to mycloud public folder as suggested and each individual photo has a folder with 2 versions of the picture - one which is blurry.

I assume that the blurry copy is a thumbnail.

Any ideas on why I can not see it on the WD Photo app?

It takes some time to process through your photos. There should be some progress indicator in the App and on the dashboard.

Hello, I think that have a same problem.

Something strange with my My book live. Through the connection from iphone or ipad via WD Photos i can see approx. 400 photos. Not more.

All others are not shown.

I logon as admin to public folders.
