when I plug this into my samsung tv usb port on the tv screen I get the message no device connected when the passport is clearly connected. I have older model passport and book portable hard drives that work just fine with my tv along with various flash drives why can I not get the ultra to work with my tv?
Is it formatted using a partition type and file system your TV supports?
