Can anyone help me… I bought an external hard drive my passport ultra 3TB and wont play or recognized on our tv. i had a 1TB before and it works fine. thanks
maybe your TV doesn’t support Hard Drives over 2TB which use GPT Partitioning
(less than 2TB uses MBR Partitioning)
consult your TV User Manual or contact your TV Manufacturer for Support Info
P.S. My Panasonic Smart TV which is a few years old, supports My Passport Ultra 4TB NTFS/GPT Partitioned
