i have the home network setup fine and my mobile app works

i have installed the wd my cloud windows app on a friends pc to give them access to some files, but i can not find out how to download the files from the my cloud, if i right click the files i want i can select copy and a list of other things but not download, if i drag the file out side of the program to the desktop it will download with a hit or miss ending.

Did you create your friend as a user, therefore he or she have a share on the My Cloud? After that, drag and drop the files to your friends share.
