WD MyCLoud 4TB & Mac - I can't see any file within Mac Finder application

I logged in my wi-fi, at home, where WD My Cloud is connected.

I can log in WD My Cloud from the Mac Book `pro (High Sierra), 2 months old only.
I can see all the users in WD My Cloud.
I select my User area (Roberto).
Now I should see all my pictures/files but unfortunately I do not see any of them.

Viceversa if I connect with the web browser I see my area (Roberto) and its files, but this approach iOS slower.

What should I do to see my files from the Mac Finder? Any help pls. tsk

You can map My Cloud device on MacBook Pro to access My Cloud data files from Finder. You can follow below link for further details:
