I’m a new WD My Cloud owner and everything seems to be working ok so far except I have one folder that I can see and access from the UI however I cannot access this same folder from Finder on my Mac. This folder appears in Finder however is is ‘grayed-out’ and I cannot open it unlike the others that I can see in Finder. I do not have this problem on a PC running Windows 7 in Windows Explorer. I am running OS X 10.9.1 on my Mac. I prefer to access my files on WD My Cloud in Finder so I am hoping there is a solution to this.
