WD My Passport Ultra - recognized in disk drive but not appear in disk management

To the person in charge,

I have problem accessing my data in Passport Ultra for few weeks.

Upon connecting it with the USB port, the device is not recognized. However, this device is shown in Disk Drive and not in the Device Management (when troubleshooting it via Computer Management function).

Please help.
