My Passport Ultra is not showing up in Disk Management or Explorer, but it shows up in Device and Printers and says device is working properly. How do I fix this?
Just try to connect the drive with any other computer and with other USB cable as well and check if the issue persist.
Tried it with multiple computers and cables and still nothing.
It seems like the drive has gone bad and you should replace the drive if it is under warranty period. Please refer to the link given below in order to know how to apply for the RMA.
